- Propose to the architect a new multi-project approach that reduces Loxam's code needs by 40% - Advise Loxam's Web and Mobile teams on their technical choices. - Assist the branch manager of Loxam's customer branch and his deputy in defining the specifications and roadmap for the first Loxam mobile project. - Assist the branch manager of Loxam's customer branch and his deputy in launching the development of the first Loxam mobile project. - Assist the architect in testing new technologies and spreading best practices. - Set up all devops, as well as CI/CD, and its automation, for all new Loxam mobile projects. - Help a team of 4 UX/UI interns coordinate and meet the company's needs in their first professional experience. - Help redefine the UX/UI strategy to improve scalability - Onboard new developers, project owners, and UX/UI personnel - Help apprentices improve their skills (both in development and UX/UI) and make them match the company's needs. - Implement a complete development supervision system - Automate most tasks, including ticket management (Jira) - Establish workflows to ensure product quality - Help the company be more agile. - Develop screens, manage permissions, navigation, and atomic components for the mobile e-commerce/rental app. - Help put into place a UI kit and a new design system despite the absence of a senior UX/UI (using Material Design).
