– Working as a BPM & Data Engineer within Gutilab Consulting, a leading Appian low-code firm in France, I've contributed to several digital transformation and process automation projects across energy, logistics, and finance sectors. – **Romande Énergie (Energy & Meteo)** (2023, Remote, 4-5 months): – Designed and maintained a monitoring pipeline combining meteorological data and electricity price fluctuations to trigger automated operational alerts for electrical station management. – **Touton (Logistics & Supply Chain)** (2023, Bordeaux – in collaboration with Gutilab, 2 months): – Provided short-term support on a warehouse tracking system for product traceability (mainly coffee). Assisted in workflow maintenance, testing, and data validation. – **UFF (Union Financière de France – Banking & Insurance)** (2023-Present, Paris, 2 years+): – Led and maintained multiple BPM and data automation projects using Appian and SQL. – Migrated Salesforce reports to Appian, built reporting pipelines and a data warehouse, optimized SQL queries for production, and developed workflow-based communication tools (Canal d'échange). – Collaborated closely with architects and business analysts to align workflow logic with the firm's operational standards and governance policies. – This journey strengthened my ability to bridge data engineering and process automation, optimize workflows, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

– Developed an automated conformity control system using object detection to produce an AI Model that classifies 6 Bouygues Telecom equipment's through YOLOv5, attaining a test minimal average precision of 97%. Consolidating the detections with a python application to automatically measure the conformity. – Collected, annotated, preprocessed and cleaned a dataset that consists of 7000 images. Furthermore, presented the result to the team and optimized the model through validation sets. Reduced the allocated human resources for repetitive tasks by 95% and the processing time by 90%. – Conceptualized an automated conformity control Pipeline merging between object detection, optical character recognition and data processing to verify the consistency of a technical pdf report with the client requirements (YOLOv5 | Paddle OCR | cv2 | regex). Optimized each submodule of the pipeline to refine results and assess them through python scripts, therefore evaluating their conformity. – Capitalize on the reporting dashboards developed by the Data Analyst team to automate the historisation and reporting of alarms and alerts using python, MySQL server and Power BI. – Conduct projects in an agile methodology by regularly presenting the advancement and finding the best fit to the client requirements. – Make a feasibility study and constitute the state of the art of the different existing techniques. – Increased accuracy by making the quality of data the core piece of projects and conducting statistical analysis. – Developed visualisations to track the performance of each model and making it easy to team leaders to take strategical decisions.

– Created an ETL that consists on merging the different data sources of the firm, such as the firm websites, databases and pay slips, in order to prospect the productivity of employees. Moreover produced 5 Key performance indicators related to the performance of employees. – Conducted an exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify the best features correlated with the salary. Transformed it into a Dashboard that underlines each KPI using Power BI. – Organized meetings to verify the integrity of the analysis with the manager. In addition, machine learning techniques were used to normalize, clean and prepare data for training using python. – Developed an AI that predicts the salary of employees based on 5 KPIS using linear regression. Optimized the model with continuously training and testing on new available salary slips. – Developed a new responsive module in the company site, only available to the manager that showcase the productivity of employees and their predicted salary for the current month with Java Spring BOOT Angular.
