Définition et suivi des KPI métiers pour mesurer l’efficacité opérationnelle et soutenir la prise de décision. Analyse des comportements clients (motifs d’appels, récurrence, volumétrie, profils utilisateurs) pour identifier les tendances clés. Optimisation du modèle décisionnel par la préparation, la transformation et la fiabilisation des données issues du Big Data SFR. Amélioration des pipelines de données et évolution des reportings selon les besoins métiers.

- Participate in the implementation of a Data Lake and feed the Data Lake with both internal and external company data. - Design and implement data pipelines integrated with Azure Data Factory, ensuring smooth and efficient data processing. - Develop ETL/ELT solutions for collecting, processing, and storing data. - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency. - Lead workshops for analyzing and gathering business intelligence requirements. - Document and rigorously track the needs and feedback gathered, contributing to the continuous improvement of business intelligence processes and tools. - Develop and create interactive dashboards and reports for visualizing KPIs, facilitating data-driven decision-making. (Power BI) - Design and maintain complex workflows with Knime Analytics, ensuring the efficient and reliable execution of data processes. - Proactively monitor workflows, identify, and quickly resolve issues. - Continuously innovate in optimizing data processes and adopting new features and practices.
