Support the Projects and Engineering Department on: - A volume of 2400 active projects spread over more than twenty programs and budgets that can vary from 270 to 380M€/year. - The programs and the production of deliverables necessary for leading programs during the lifecycle of the projects. - Control of costs, deadlines, and risks at all stages of projects and programs. - Identify the axis of Performance of the 22 PMOs.

Leading 5 IoT Solutions & Connected Anti-Vibration Products. - Lead the development and deployment of connected anti-vibration products integrating IoT sensors and cloud services. - Responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality and track performance for projects and contracts. - Prioritize the functional backlog for the development of embedded sensors, connectivity, cloud platforms, and user interfaces. - Collaborate with R&D, firmware, cloud, and UX teams to deliver key features in short cycles (sprints). - Check the alignment of customer specifications and internal specifications, negotiate variations with customers. - Auditing the key stakeholders thereby ensuring that all lines of communication are up to date and involve the correct individuals - Structure a program governance, supplier coordination (electronics, cloud, mechatronics, purchase, quality, sales, supply, industrial, production…) - Ensuring that budget and scheduling constraints are adhered to. - Deployed high value-added connected services (real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, degradation alerts). - Responsible for managing the assurance of project control data and ensuring adherence with PMO processes and standards across development. - Animate weekly meetings and contract review meetings. - Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards (cybersecurity, GDPR, industrial standards). - Support the digital transformation of the product offering towards intelligent and remotely monitorable solutions.
