- General understanding of the operation of an aircraft air conditioning system. - Study of various Model Predictive Control (MPC) approaches to select the most suitable one. - Implementation of a control law using MATLAB/Simulink. - Validation of the controller through simulation on a digital twin.

During our final year internship, we modernized the banding machine's control system. This involved replacing the old PLC, variable speed drive and safety relay with more recent equipment, while adding an HMI screen to facilitate interaction with the system. During the course, we received training in industrial health and safety standards. We also had the opportunity to learn a lot from the automation engineer. Thanks to our efforts, we were able to update the control system, ensuring its compliance with industrial safety standards.
