Acting as the portfolio manager for EQT’s in-house funds, holding overarching responsibility for the investment process and governance framework; Leading the deal execution process, including tax structuring, review of transaction documents; Serving as a board member of the SPVs and a member of AIFM’s Investment Committee. Fund management: Overseeing fund-related activities such as fundraising, valuation, liquidity management, capital calls, distributions, NAV reporting, bridge facility administration, while holding responsibility for the fund’s P&L.

Heading the AIFM portfolio management department and ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Contributing to the AIFM set-up and licence extension; Responsible for daily trading on several portfolios and ensuring proper cash management, adequate hedging and compliance with the investment strategy; Monitoring of the portfolios, reporting and participating to the relevant committees and board of directors; Preparing the documentation and organising the portfolio management committees; Performing due diligence (initial, ongoing, onsite) on the investment advisors and distributors; Following best market practices within Portfolio Management techniques, Compliance and Distribution;
