ControlPlane Driving the development and operation of a highly scalable, multi-tenant platform tailored for managing large-scale customer environments. This platform leverages Crossplane to orchestrate the provisioning of virtual Kubernetes clusters (vclusters) and deploy both the platform's components and customer-specific Kubernetes clusters and services. With a robust library of Crossplane compositions, it ensures seamless automation and scalability across diverse infrastructures. My work involves deep integration of technologies like Crossplane, vcluster, Argo CD, GitOps, Terraform, Azure, and AKS, along with resolving advanced Crossplane provider issues, which require expertise in Kubernetes operators and Golang. Orchestrated seamless deployments and ensured platform stability using GitOps practices and automation tools like ArgoCD and Terraform. Streamlined multi-cluster management, optimized resource usage, and facilitated collaboration among teams, leveraging technologies such as Istio, Prometheus, and Thanos. Spearheaded the development of innovative solutions like the Multi-Tenant Operator and Environment-as-a-Service platforms, enhancing RBAC management, resource allocation, and testing workflows.

As a member of the systems team, my primary responsibility was to provision multiple AKS clusters, oversee their lifecycle, and manage day-to-day operations. My responsibilities included provisioning AKS clusters using Terraform, implementing GitOps with Flux/ArgoCD, monitoring with Prometheus, logging with ELK stack, and managing access. I also reduced overall cluster costs by using Azure spot nodes and enabled service mesh with Istio, supporting multi-cluster mesh. Additionally, I facilitated monitoring federation with Thanos and built a custom operator using Operator SDK and Kubebuilder to automate all custom needs beyond standard automation.

Led development of a streamlined CloudOps Solution at MontyCloud, enhancing cloud service access and resource management. Engineered an agentless Data Collector Module at FixStream, enabling comprehensive infrastructure discovery and performance monitoring. Designed a pluggable framework for IoT solution analysis at Intel, facilitating data analytics and visualization for informed decision-making. Demonstrated proficiency in Python, cloud technologies, automation, and solution architecture throughout 7 years of experience.

In the early stages of my career, I focused on software engineering roles with diverse responsibilities: Designed and implemented APIs for B2B lead generation and ebook distribution platforms. Utilized technologies like Python, Flask, Django, Redis, and MySQL for API development and performance enhancement. Configured SSL for secure communication and optimized code for efficiency across different projects
