Working with the OCTAVE team (a non agile team) to implement the Agile Methodology Scrum. I was working with an Agile coach to onboard and acculturate this POC (Proof Of Concept) team by putting back on the agenda all Agile ceremonials, by facilitating communication between team members, by protecting the team from external influence and by creating and maintaining graphs and charts to follow the team's velocity and share it with the managers. The target was to double the velocity of this team without adding any team member, and to clarify the product vision with the PO. I created also a relationship of trust with the multiple stakeholders especially during the Sprint Review sessions where I shared with them, in complete transparency, the Product Increment after each iteration. Working with the BackOffice Squad as a Senior Developer, I rapidly took the Scrum Master and Tech Lead positions (within two months) and kept balancing between those two positions while working on multiple projects for the Loyalty teams for Accor. After 8 months, I decided to drop the technical position to fully concentrate on the Scrum Master position, and by that I became the Scrum Master of two Squads (BackOffice Squad.& SNU Squad). I also took responsibility of the Release part and was responsible of collaborating with the multiple Squads within the Loyalty team to deliver a perfect Product Increment after each iteration. I was part of the Continuous Improvement team, working closely with the managers and the Agile Coachs. I helped build the Scrum Master Community with the help of Accor's Agile Coach. For the last 3 months of my mission, I decided to add a new responsibility, and became Technical Project Manager for the Data team (while keeping my position as a Scrum Master for two Squads). Working on the OMR application which is a standard Back Office software in the BNP CIB used for business applications such as ALMT, Local Fixed Income, Financing and GECD. I was a senior developer within the team, and with the help of my project manager, we made a smooth transition to adopt the Agile methodology Scrum, and I took the Scrum Master position.
