Scope and Responsibilities: > New Lines of Business (Mobiles Devices, Digital Risks, Bank & Insurance, Home, Health and Medical Assistance) IT Lead Details: > Organisation Transformation Lead : Assessment of the Current Way of Working based on the existing assets (Governance Model, Business & IT Capabilities), Recommendations and Detailed Action Plan > Processes Transformation Lead : Standardization (for all Lines of Business), Efficiency research, Quality Enhancement & Security (Compliance) > IT Integration Lead: Standardization (5 + Core Applications – 50 + Integration points to be rationalised) > Program Director : Implementation Lead for Internal Transformation Program (Global Business Model - 50 + Million Euros) and Allianz Business Partners (Amazon, Samsung, N26, MediaMarket etc) > Run Services Director : Escalation Primary Point of Contact for Incident Management (from Level 1 to Level 3) and Demands Management.

ISS is a leading global provider of facility services, offering services on an international scale with leveraged knowledge and experience. Targetting to rethink our delivery approach, to become "best in class", we have launched an important Transformation Program, "GREAT". This amazing journey is based on a "Operating Model Reconsideration", reacting to the clients expectations (especially key accounts) and a significant reduction of the structural costs. Positioned as the Global Lead and the Business Solutions Architect of this large-scale Transformation, I have built the 3-years Strategic Roadmap of this program, mainly based on 3 axes : 1. Centralization ( for all Support Functions, meaning Shared Service Centers orientation) 2. Strategic Segmentation of the Operating Model, 3. Becoming Digital This represents 40+ projects (Business & IT) to be managed, in an agile delivery model, with 100+ FTEs, for all services lines (CRM, Finances, Payroll, People Administration Management, Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Field Services Management).
