In the microservices team I am in charge of the build of Kubernetes product at BNP CIB. As Team Leader I mainly work on the definition and validation of kubernetes product and the set of tools around, I work closely with customers to help them in their needs or when needed, improve the provided product. I also provide L3 support on clusters. We deploy the kubernetes product via Ansible Tower on an Openstack platform. We use Prometheus and Grafana for metrics and monitoring, Kubernetes dashboard and documentation in Confluence to help customers. Currently, we have about 100 Kubernetes clusters, 30% in production and many clusters more than 150 workers. In the Agile Fabric team we have built a set of tools that will empower and spread Devops and Agility in Carrefour : www.carrefour.io On an Openstack and Azure Cloud, we deployed a suite of tools for the development and operations teams called Agile Fabric 🚀 ⭐ Jenkins, Nexus, Confluence, Bitbucket, jira, ELK, Sonar, Rocketchat Around this stack we also deploy a suite of monitoring tand maintainance tools 🔬 ⭐ Prometheus, Grafana, Rundeck (for backup/restore planification) As a team we have : • Defined the design and architecture the solution to fit the needs of the different teams. • Developed and maintained the product Agilefabric based independant services on docker containers • Deployed a stack to Monitor and able to troubleshoot it • Trained and helped the different team to fast the time to market and rise the quality of the software delivered.
