At VFI SLK Global Services, I joined in the capacity of Sr. Software Engineer (Drupal 8) and then got promoted to Tech Lead (Drupal), being a product based company serving into financial sectors like insurance & banking at VFI SLK & (Voya Financials) I got exposure to model Drupal for financial products needs such as insurance, currently working on project likes migrating's companies old Drupal 7 sites into latest version of Drupal 8 with new add on feature like building custom modules catering to insurance customer needs like calculators, online insurance policy selling and marketing, connecting Drupal with BPMN Systems, CRM's etc via REST API.

At Srijan I was working in the capacity of Sr. Software Developer (Drupal 9), my role involved the development of customised content management solution based on Drupal 8 Content Management Solution and Framework for large scale global media organisation. The projects I was working on included the development of custom moderation workflow for content publication, building custom modules to extend drupal integration with the service of cloud providers like AWS, content migration using drupal way of ETL, the new things that I could explore in my position was management of media assets based on EXIF data attached with every media. Here I also got an exposure to Agile Software Development Practice and would like to mentions it helped a lot as a developer to me. At WHO-IPE Global I was working on a Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program Of Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare, GOI. Here I was working in the capacity of senior software engineer towards backend development of nikshay.gov.in which is a national patient management system to support the RNTCP program towards eradicating TB from India. One of the major part of our work was to move the complete project technology stack from enterprise to an open-source solution where in i tried to model and re-architect the National Patient Management System to Drupal by building a MVP. The technology stack used for the development of this project is as mentioned below:- 1. Frontend - VueJS a javascript frontend framework is used for the frontend development of the project. 2. Backend:- Asp .Net MVC is used to serve as the backend for the project. 3. Database:- MS-SQL is used as the database for this project. I was actively involved in finding the solution toward data deduplication of patients getting registered in the portal, for this, I am presently experimenting with python pandas-dedup machine learning library for solving this issue. Also, my major contribution toward the project was to integrate AADHAAR UIDAI number API in the portal. It is the SSN equivalent to Indian residents. Tableau Exposure Here I also worked very closely with monitoring and evaluation team to develop tableau based analysis on the patients data was the tool was collecting, the tableau implementation here was from a single MYSQL based data source and hence deriving visualisations was a little easier.

At IITB I got opportunity to work on two major projects based on opensource technology which are are as below: Moodle : I had worked on setting up and maintaining Moodle 3 for Department Chemical Engineering. I also got an opportunity to work closely with a team building custom Moodle 3 modules named Heartbeat Monitoring for Quiz which is extensively used in the departmental Moodle instance running at IITB. Drupal: In Drupal I was Working on building the academic distribution of Drupal8 CMS. Drupal 8 is a content management system based on PHP Symfony framework. Also maintaining Drupal websites of Indian Institute of Bombay Research and development department was a part of my job wherein I could use my devops Linux system administration skills to satisfy the needs of this role. I also did the setup of an open source of SAAS for Drupal 8 websites for the deployment of new institute websites and maintenance of existing websites.

During this internship, I got exposure to the educational sector and also got an opportunity to understand how information and communication technology in education plays a significant role in 21-century education. Hence this interested me to study further about the digital Pedagogy. During the internship, I also got opportunities to work in course development for English and Mathematics, where I use to work on finding technologically viable solutions for the ideas for course content developed by both the domain teams, I also authored these courses in digital form working in collaboration with those teams. After creating this content in digital form I used to package it's in an easily install-able offline software for the easy deployment and implementation in Indian govt schools of four Indian states that were in collaboration with the project CLIx. I was involved designing and developing the data collection and posting of the collected data to the offline D-jango based learning management system named G-studio school server of the java-script based mathematical interactive learning tool during my consultancy.
