– Served as CEO & CTO of Europebet, a leading Georgian online betting operator, from 2013 to 2015 – leading a team of 950 employees, driving nearly 50% EBITDA growth, and successfully exiting the company through its sale to Betsson Group in 2015

– Restructured operations in Ukraine and turned from a loss brining entity to a profit brining organization; – Developed Tourism business of Groupon in Ukraine from scratch.

– Led the establishment of the region's first "bad bank," successfully segregating non-performing assets from the core banking portfolio; – Directed a team of turnaround managers overseeing distressed portfolio companies, and served as interim Co-CEO for multiple businesses, delivering successful restructuring outcomes; – Established a bank-owned private equity fund focused on distressed assets, achieving a recovery rate of over 60% within the first year of operations.

– Subject matter expert within McK's risk management practice, responsible for implementing best practice across Europe and the Middle East. Assisted six different EMEA banks to reorganize and deleverage following the 2008 global financial crisis; – Managed the risk management side of bank mergers and de-mergers, including the de-leveraging of Fortis Bank in Belgium, the de-merger of BaWag in Austria and the merger of Emirates Bank with Dubai Bank in the UAE.
