Responsibilities: - Launch the first PI planning - Set up, facilitate, and optimize agile events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review & Retrospective) and inter-team rituals to promote continuous improvement and transparency. - Structure Jira workflows, organize and clarify processes and inter-squad communication to streamline collaboration and cross-functional visibility. - Create and automate dynamic dashboards and KPIs in Jira (JQL, custom dashboards, reporting macros) to drive activity and strengthen decision-making based on concrete data. - Support the development of TechOps and Datacollect teams in their agile transition, with a particular focus on empowering Product Owners and defining their roles. - Monitor and analyze product and team performance by defining appropriate indicators and facilitating regular synchronization and feedback meetings. - Propose continuous improvement actions and pragmatic solutions to streamline the organization, optimize delivery, and maximize product impact. - Act as a facilitator and catalyst for change by creating a climate of trust and strengthening the agile culture within teams and among stakeholders.
