My current focus is supporting purpose-driven organizations in their goals towards creating more fulfilling and ethical workplaces. I work with individual professionals and teams, helping to raise awareness and create new intentions, rehumanizing shared spaces and shifting thinking from old models to new. I also teach several courses yearly for universities in Europe and the USA on communications, ethics and leadership. Aligning vision, values and our actions is a key ingredient for success in both individual and group projects. As a certified coach, I help professionals find and understand their own inner alignment for greater work productivity and life satisfaction. Team coaching brings this to another level, with shared vision, alignment, empowerment and motivation for better team productivity, resilience and autonomy. Individuals improve rapport with their professional contacts and leaders develop communication strategies to convey objectives and ensure maximum motivation and efficiency within their team. In both my work as a coach and as a trainer, I offer theory and practice to help professionals become more effective team members and leaders at work. I am continually developing my knowledge and skills in the realms of communications, emotional intelligence and the field of neurosciences, opening new doors of understanding and innovative approaches.
