As a Project Management Consultant on a GIZ-supported project aimed at facilitating agricultural trade in Tunisia under the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation initiative, I was responsible for planning, scoping and implementing project realizations along with consortium partners from diverse entities, including trade unions, public authorities (such as Customs, the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Export Development, and the Ministry of Health), public service providers, and agricultural and food corporations. My role also involved capacity building and knowledge transfer activities, organizing and facilitating training sessions for end-users. - Key Responsibilities: /Organize and animate scoping workshops to align consortium partners with requirements and expected deliverables. /Monitor progress and providing regular feedback to ensure goal achievement. /Plan and organize user acceptance efforts. /Plan and organize user trainings – users were custom representatives, corporate clerks, and civil servants. - Achieved objectives and results: /Successfully achieved User Acceptance, Go live and User training on time, despite challenges related to policy alignment (conflict between procedure safety requirements from the authorities and practical business constraints from corporations). /Organized and facilitated over 15 scoping workshops with representatives from all consortium partners /Organized and facilitated over 20 user acceptance workshops. /Organized and facilitated over 15 training sessions nationwide. /Presented project results to executive representatives from all consortium partners and the press (audience of 300+).

As a Team Leader, I managed 2 feature teams (>10 consultants and engineers) dedicated to building and running Asset servicing software and Data Asset Management solutions for our banking client Santander CACEIS Brazil. Key Responsibilities : Strategic planning and project terms negotiation with D-level executives. Providing coaching, vision and follow-up to 2 feature teams containing senior developers and business analysts in regularly delivering high-quality valuable features. The organizational environment was Scaled Agle Framework (SAFe) Conducting the expression and approval of customer business requirements for large-scale Asset Servicing Solutions Achieved sales pitches for the client's partners to convince them to use our Asset servicing solution. Achieved objectives and results : - Maintaining change failure rate below 10% and time to restore system below one hour which is among market top performer results according to international standards of Accelerate's DevOps Research & Assessment (DoRA). Deployment frequency was between once and twice every three weeks. - Cycle Time for bugs and change requests were below 1 iteration (3 weeks) - Customer satisfaction allowed our solution to be recommended by our client to their business partners.
