Setting up and configuring Tanium Manage users and access rights to Tanium modules Maintain Tanium modules and infrastructure (servers, web console, certificates, licenses). Handle customer queries by e-mail, telephone and post and monitor their resolution, manage claims and disputes. Participation in team projects, demonstrating ability to work collaboratively and effectively. Communicate anomalies or difficulties encountered to line management to ensure rapid resolution. Formulate proposals for improvement based on feedback from the field.

Handling of production-related incidents: GPO implementation, site-specific build requirements Redirection of infrastructure-related incidents to the appropriate teams: SCCM, AD, ePO, Printing, Automation, GPO) Documentation of procedures and creation of tutorials Participate in international meetings related to urgent issues and/or issues impacting several teams Participate in the training and assistance of L2 support and supervise production operations to ensure they run smoothly

Prepare lists of Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations to be carried out Assign tasks to technicians Synchronize actions between the various parties involved Maintain follow-up and participate in project strategy changes Create follow-up reports and project statistics Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripts

Diagnose malfunctions on workstations, check compliance, draw up intervention reports. Escalation of tickets to skill teams (Messaging, Active Directory, etc.). Escalation of anomalies to managers and production leaders for resolution (general incidents, procedure changes, etc.). Handling urgent criteria incidents from sensitive populations (e.g. traders) Participation in the training of new arrivals Contribute to the knowledge base (tips, tutorials, procedures, contacts, etc.).
