Introduction
As part of my end-of studies internship for the MSc in Data Analytics & AI at EDHEC Business School, I recently held the role of a Data Analyst within HRIS Team at FORVIA. In this role, I contributed to monitoring HR KPIs using Power BI dashboards (Power Query, RLS, DAX), advancing people analytics initiatives, and coordinating transformation projects. My work also involved supporting HR communications and leading process optimisation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate & Visio. Some of the valuable skills I will carry forward from this experience are: managing ambiguity, change management, project management, and managing stakeholders. My academic background in Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Cape Town, complemented by certifications in Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals and Power Platform Fundamentals, reflects my strong foundation in data analytics and technical skills. I am motivated to leverage data-driven insights to address complex challenges.
