As an HR Digital Intern at Danone, I support the transformation of HR processes through digital tools and innovation. My role involves working on AI-driven recruitment initiatives, analyzing employee feedback, and contributing to internal communication strategies. I help design engaging content for platforms like SharePoint and Workplace, while also participating in workshops and cross-functional meetings. This experience allows me to combine my passion for people, technology, and creativity in a purpose-driven environment.

Oversee marketing campaigns and PR efforts for building materials products, focusing on brand promotion and customer retention. Manage and monitor business operations remotely, ensuring marketing strategies are executed smoothly and customer relationships are maintained. Handle accounts management, including tracking customer payments, sending reminders, and coordinating with staff for timely debt collection.

Launched and manage online perfume and cosmetics business, handling both retail and wholesale operations. Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and efficiency. Manage domestic and international shipping, balancing operations remotely from France.

During my internship as a Training Assistant at the Training Assistance Company in Vietnam, I supported soft skills training programs for clients from various companies. These programs included sessions on presentation, communication, teamwork, and leadership. My responsibilities involved preparing learning materials and devices (e.g., documents, projectors, microphones), assisting trainers and trainees during sessions, and gathering insightful feedback from trainees to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing future training sessions. Working with professionals from diverse organizations enhanced my English communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, as I actively participated in English-led courses. This experience also broadened my professional network and provided valuable hands-on experience in training coordination, preparing me for future opportunities.
