Noé is an intensive and selective 4-week Product Management training program. Theoretical courses are applied to real-world challenges from a sponsor company. In my case, it was with Blablacar: “How can we improve the success rate of new drivers?” • Problem framing and discovery: Strategy, Data (SQL, Python), User research • Product documentation, Prioritization • Solution & Delivery: prototyping solutions with Figma, user testing, writing specs, and building a backlog (Jira) • Final demo presented to Blablacar’s Product Managers

As the first Product Manager at June Factory, I led the launch of Auditool, a SaaS software dedicated to audits and compliance monitoring, driving the acquisition of the first 100+ B2B users. 1. Product Launch and Management • Defined the product vision and built the product roadmap. • Led the Product Discovery phase, development, and Go-to-Market strategy. 2. Agile Development Cycle • Managed the product backlog and prioritized features with technical teams. • Orchestrated sprints and coordinated Agile rituals: daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Delivered 15+ product updates over 3 years, with a pace of 4 releases per year. 3. User Needs Analysis and Customer Relations • Facilitated workshops and conducted user interviews to identify business needs. • Analyzed user feedback to improve the overall user experience (UX). • Implemented and managed a customer support service via Jira Service Desk to handle tickets and incidents. 4. Integrations and Interconnections • Developed API connectors to integrate Auditool with 5 third-party applications (task management, risk analysis), enriching the product ecosystem. 5. Commercial Strategy • Responded to and won 5 RFPs (Request for Proposals). • Conducted product demonstrations to support the sales team. • Organized 8 webinars, from topic selection to hosting. • Contributed to acquiring 10+ major clients, including multinational companies and institutions. The start-up environment allowed me to work across all aspects of the product, from Product Discovery to continuous delivery, with a constant focus on user satisfaction and product growth. 🚀
