Lead and manage two teams of 3-4 engineers each, including their career growth and improvement, setting them up for success with weekly check-ins and regular pairing. Manage two different products together with the PM to define and prioritize the roadmap for the teams, while aligning with the organization goals to maximise the delivery of value to our customers. Implemented a metric based approach to observe and improve the team output, enabling informed decisions on how to allocate resources effectively, and to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately leading to higher productivity and better alignment with the company's OKRs.

Led technically a team of 3-5 engineers tasked with supporting multiple testing frameworks for our customers. Giving technical direction, pairing with engineers regularly to unblock them, planning and executing architectural changes to improve the systems by leveraging new technologies/tools, challenging the status quo of the legacy codebase bringing several improvements to maintainability and scalability of the systems. Implemented quality tools to improve test coverage of a monolith with >12k LoC from <60% to >70%; other new projects started with >80% from day zero. Achieved through a change in the mindset towards testing of the engineers in the team, resulting in much less bugs and incidents in production. Led a team of DevOPS consultants in implementing a complete CI/CD pipeline using Gitlab CI that performs 1-click builds, deployments to GKE and rollbacks.

Led a project with company-wide impact that improved customer experience through more reliable (job failures virtually reduced to 0) and faster execution (50ms endpoint response time). Built and executed a transition plan to the new platform of the company’s real device testing cloud offer, running on an on premises kubernetes cluster and later on Google Cloud’s GKE.
