• Develop a long-term strategic vision in close collaboration with ExCo members and top management • Support the change of ownership process as Stuart transitioned from strategic investor GeoPost to PE fund Mutares. • Conduct market research, customer behavior and competitive landscape analysis, to identify opportunities and threats. • Define an international expansion strategy, including launch plans for new business offerings and market entries. • Recommend pricing adjustments while ensuring profitability aligns with budget expectations. • Manage cross-country strategic, operational and financial projects. • Drive value creation through synergy, fostering collaboration across business units (BUs) and teams.

• Deliver monthly reports to stakeholders and shareholders, including margin analysis, P&Ls, CFO reports, CapEx monitoring, client performance reviews and ad-hoc analyses. • Establish and manage budget processes, ensuring timely preparation and submission of business plans, forecasts and 3- to 5-year strategic plans. • Build strong relationships with internal partners (ExCo members, GMs and business owners) to evaluate risks and opportunities effectively. • Provide financial expertise on strategic projects in collaboration with strategy, profitability and project managers. • Develop financial models to support operational changes and guide business decisions by identifying financial impacts. • Demonstrate flexibility, a constructive attitude and resilience to adapt to organizational and business changes.
