Stryker is a manufacturer of medical technologies. The company has over 52,000 employees and is present in around 75 countries. Xpollens is a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform from Groupe BPCE, specialising in embedded payment solutions. The suite of white-label financial tools (API integration) offered by Xpollens includes account opening and management, Visa card issuing, payment and withdrawal capabilities. Xpollens works with retailers, e-tailers, neo-banks, travel agencies and more, and its customers include Autodoc, Nirio (La Française des Jeux), 1001 Listes (Galeries Lafayette Group), Izly, Adeo, Be-bunk etc... I joined the QA team to take part in testing the solution proposed by Xpollens for its customers. On this project, the team consisted of 1 Head of QA, 2 QA Automation and 9 QA testers. This team was a ‘cross-functional’ team and worked with the various squads, which were themselves made up of a product owner, 1 Tech lead, 3-4 developers depending on the squads and a QA tester. Greenweez is regarded as the benchmark marketplace for responsible consumption, with over 170,000 organic, ecological and sustainable products. I joined the IT team to help redesign the Greenweez e-commerce site. On this project, the team consisted of 1 Scrum Master, 1 Product Owner, 2 Tech Leads, 8 developers and 2 DevOps experts. I contributed to the development of the site level with the aim of modernising the solution using more emerging technologies. This experience was part of my permanent contract with B/acceptance, which lasted 3 and a half years. Christian Dior Couture is a French company belonging to the LVMH group. The company has over 280 boutiques worldwide. I joined the QA team to take part in the acceptance of Dior's e-commerce site and its deployment in Europe (17 countries), the United States and Canada, Japan and Hong Kong. On this project, the team consisted of 1 QA Lead, 1 QA Automation and 6 QA testers. I contributed to the roll-out of the e-commerce site in several languages, on 3 different continents (Europe, North America and Asia).
