Main duty is to be responsible for the financial management of all Research Technology and Development programmes (£31m costs a year – 43 Programs) reporting to the head of Controlling - Developing and maintaining relationship with Executive member, Program managers providing P&L reporting and ad-hoc analysis - Reviewing and challenging financial performances with Engineering management - Being compliant with IFRS15 and IAS38 requirements regarding the revenue recognition and the intangible asset capitalisation - Taking ownership of budgetary processes (Budget, Mid-Term Plan, Rolling Forecast) - Managing audits of UK Government and European Commission grant claims with E&Y support (£3m a year) – pricing negotiation & procedures appraisal - Leading SAP project in order to implement a standard hourly rate with IT support - Harmonizing the divisional financial performance monitoring - Training and advising Engineering managers and project leaders to increase their financial awareness / Coaching graduate on social controlling topics Trainings: Build Business Model, Applying IFRS, Revenue Recognition, Influencing skills

The “International Shared Services” project aims at mutualizing the Finance department of entities in order to offer common services in worldwide. Project Management Officer: - Assessing the number of employees impacted by the cutover to Finance Shared Services (FSS), - Providing support to the project manager for the preparation of following milestones: Finance project Business Case and Go/Nogo Decision committee - Performing and updating Key Performance Indicators reporting, transfer plans, risks register on a weekly or monthly basis. Internal controller: - Defining a framework applicable to the FSS scope with the support of France team – 7 entities - Taking ownership of the entire internal control process i.e. describing the procedures and processes to be applied with the process owners (AP, AR, Interco. and FA), Performing and assessing the compliance of documentation and testing, Updating and closing the action plans - Taking leadership of annual results presentation to Financial Directors of 7 entities focusing on high-risk pending - Interfacing with the statutory auditors for the 2014/2015 accounts and for the 2015 internal control campaign. Trainings: Customer Services, Project Management Professional and Project Risks.

Methodology applied: Build a framework based on the risks management according to the assignment, Provide and define the findings and recommendations, Follow up the implementation of action plans and assess the compliance level of internal control campaign. - Finance & Management audit: Financial review (P&L, Balance sheet, Program Business Plan, Accruals, R&D activation, Impairment tests…), Trade compliance process - Project « Working Capital and Cash » : Review of project management activities, Financial results review and assessment of WC and FCF action plans implemented in the project - Coriolis project (new production site): Project management analysis (Objectives, Business Plan, Deadline, ROI…), Industrial facilities analysis (operational cost centres, workload/capacity, …) - Purchasing Shared Services Centre: Project organisation and management review, Follow up the Initial Business Case and KPI’s relating to purchasing and procurement processes Trainings: Internal control and audit Methodology, Trade compliance
