Led key projects within a team of 9 software engineers (6 backend, 3 frontend), overseeing development and delivering strategic product enhancements. Conceived and directed a product overhaul, transitioning from a chatbot to a guided solution, driving improvements in user engagement through thorough product discovery. Managed the development of MatchaData, an AI-driven solution that leveraged Machine Learning to generate product sheets from wine bottle images. - Applied ML Computer Vision techniques for wine color and sparkling detection, as well as image segmentation. - Integrated OCR with ML NLP to accurately read, classify, and process wine labels for automated data extraction.
