Ensured effective sales and execution of outsourcing contracts within timely and budgetary constraints by leading IT Service and Delivery management team. Managed strategical initiatives to enhance Customer Experience for the 20.000+ End-Users supported by our Global Service Desk centres, with a global footprint around the world. • Established and sustained connections with direct customers (from local IT management to CxO level). • Drive major Services sales campaigns, answering Outsourcing RFPs or renewing existing contracts • Managed over €28M yearly P&L of the department, including year-over-year growth. • Oversaw Technical Resources Management team of over 100 engineers. • Achieved the incorporation of the Belgian subsidiary into the Company Operating model to expand the service range, the installed base, whilst growing sales of services by 25% over 4 years. Several positions held at Trasys, starting as Project Manager, expanding responsibilities to become Service Desk Manager, Operations manager and being finally nominated Vice President of the Operational Services Department. Built a Workplace management service catalogue, offered to external and internal customers with 3,500 users, primarily based in Belgium. Implemented a comprehensive service desk and infrastructure department, enabling Trasys to extend key contracts for another 5 years. Provided on-going direction, coaching, training and development opportunities to staff members, enabling ability to build new skills and increase engagement.
