• Non-profit reconnecting youth with politics in Belgium. • Built a mobile app for the 2019 elections and an AI (RAG) chatbot for the 2024 elections, helping 80k+ people vote. • Secured over €50k in funding, grew the team, and gained national media coverage.

• SaaS for entrepreneurs & creators to repurpose social content. • Conducted 100+ user interviews, built MVP with no-code, and scaled traffic via paid & organic channels. • Documented entire startup journey in public (#buildinpublic) on Instagram, X & LinkedIn. • Project closed due to lack of traction → strong learnings in product-market fit.
