• Led Safe's Wallet division — the company's core revenue unit — from 0 to $6M ARR with a 30-person cross-functional team. • Drove the company's strategic pivot: from open-source infrastructure to a monetized, product-led business. Repositioned the offering, rebuilt the go-to-market, and introduced structured product practices where none existed. • Built and scaled the product org from scratch: defined team goals and OKRs, established metrics-driven rituals, and cut delivery cycle times by streamlining prioritization and execution processes. • Partnered with the founders on company-wide strategy, acting as a key driver of the shift from engineering-driven to customer-centric.

• Founded and scaled Multis from zero to acquisition — a complex, regulated financial product at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance, backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and eFounders. • Built and led the full product and engineering org: defined the roadmap, shaped the UX from early prototype to enterprise-grade product, and hired 20+ people across product, engineering, and ops. • Acted as de facto CTO following co-founder departure — leading the technical direction while maintaining product velocity. • Navigated a strategic pivot from all-purpose wallet to B2B treasury infrastructure, then negotiated and closed the acquisition by Safe in April 2024.
