As part of the Group’s strategic plan with its subsidiaries aimed at collecting CO2 emission KPIs and reducing the carbon footprint of the entire production cycle (factory, vehicle, fleet), I led the framing and implementation of the project based on Microsoft Power Platform.  Set the SharePoint document structure & rules - Led workshops with key business stakeholders to co-design application and dashboards - Designed the SharePoint document structure (Library, metadata, versioning) - Implemented the document approval workflow with Power Automate  Power App development - Defined the data structure with SharePoint Lists - Defined the data validation rules - Developed a Power App to collect KPI  Technologies: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform

Led the end-to-end delivery of a strategic SharePoint-based document management initiative. Led digital transformation projects: Harmonization of the Product data model for the group’s 14 brands, deployment of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) in a multibrand and international context. ▪ Deployment of the Digital Asset Management solution (DAM) - Shaped the global strategy for digital contents, folder structure, metadata and taxonomy - Coordinated the different stakeholder’s tasks/inputs to secure a successful data migration - Enabled change by training/coaching users (300+ users) on the best practices, provided user guides ▪ Selection and deployment of Product Information Management solution (PIM) - Analyzed the existing solutions across the 14 brands and gathered business requirements. - Defined evaluation criteria, set up a shortlist of providers. Initiated the RFI et RFQ documents - Harmonized the group’s product master data (PMD).
