– responsible for establishing the association, defining its governance, defining processes, defining and implementing the IT infrastructure, recruiting the team, and managing the association on a day-to-day basis. – Olivier Ledroit is a renowned French fantasy comic book artist known for his baroque, dark, and highly detailed style, famous for series like Requiem: Chevalier Vampire (14 volumes), The Black Moon Chronicles (31 volumes), Wika (3 volumes) and Sha (3 volumes), often collaborating with writer Pat Mills and contributing to games like Heroes of Might and Magic. His intricate work blends horror, fantasy, and eroticism with surreal, dreamlike imagery, making him a major figure in dark fantasy illustration. – His son has ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and Olivier wanted to use his reputation and influence to put in place a structure to support graphic artists having ASD. – I assisted artist Olivier Ledroit in establishing his non-profit organisation and am currently helping to manage and develop this structure. – Our aim is to promote fantasy comics and support graphic artists with ASD. – I contribute with my experience in corporate governance and project management. – Drafting of the articles of association and creation of the organisation. – Co-organisation of an auction to raise funds for the organisation during the Angoulême Comic Book Festival (we raised €22,900). – Setting up and managing online auctions. – Organising the team of volunteers and the work within the association. – Defining service requirements, processes and managing the implementation of the IT infrastructure. – Creating and recruiting for a part-time secretary position. – Strategic planning for the association's development.

– Responsible for Mensa Youth Be (MY), the branch of Mensa Belgium in charge of youth with HIQ (High Intellectual Quotient). – Mensa is a worldwide association for so-called HIQ people (High Intelligence quotient, individuals who share a score higher than or equal to 98% of the population in a standardized and supervised IQ test). It has about 133 000 members and an active representation in over 100 countries. Mensa Be is the Belgian branch. – MY is a service to the population with two mission: #1 - to contribute to the wellbeing of youth with high IQ (up to 25 years old) and #2 - to provide support to the adult who accompany them (mainly parents and teachers). – drove design, approval and launch of MY framework (governance, processes and tools). – operational management of MY. – Mensa Be drove the creation of PREBS Foundation.

– General Manager of PREBS (Portail de Références pour l'Enfant à Besoins Spécifiques). – PREBS is a public utility foundation that contributes for free to the well-being of children with special needs (any children facing difficulty to participate to an activity or to life in society). – Main platform is PREBS.info: website, hotline and library to provide qualitative information to public in general (mainly the children themselves, parents, teachers and health professionals) to understand and support those children in school, at home and in society. The content of the communication is built by the requesting domain and our domain turns it into a deliverable document, identify where to deliver the document and delivers the document. – responsible for MUSE application, the equipment management tool used to manage the public lighting stock in Wallonia. – One of ORES' missions is to manage the public lighting stock for Wallonia. This involves preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment. This requires a precise view of the location, type and age of each piece of equipment. The MUSE application lists and maps all this equipment. – As Application Manager, I was in charge of managing the application team, monitoring corrective and preventive actions concerning the application and monitoring projects impacting the application. – Adaptation of the governance of the tool supplier (CTG - Citégestion) to improve the effectiveness of the partnership. – Implementation of centralised management of all tickets concerning the application (incidents, problems, requests for improvements) for all companies and teams working on the application.
