Transformations is a consulting company specialized on change management and working on deep company transformations. -We are the architects of your Transformation : we can't possibly provide excellence everywhere, and we integrate companies or seasonned professionals who are excellent on these areas. - We integrate the "soft" side and the "hard" side of any change (including sometimes the building of a Transformation Campus) - We adress cultural resistances to change. Our 4 major fields : - Company transformation involving deep cultural change - Work environnement as a lever of change and workplace consulting - M&A : post deal integration - Social restructuring Deployment : Transformation program based for a major plant (1000 pers) in an important industrial group. Designing, sourcing competencies, building a temporary campus and monitoring a 250 000 hrs program for each plant. Social engineering : Innovation for the closing of a plant for an industrial group; the impact of restructuring was considered as a major individual and collective change to be adressed. I designed the program and the building, selected the competences in order to run a temporary Campus where the Professional Transition Workshops took place for more than 800 people. Transforming Campuses : conception and design of 3 temporary Campuses in order to allow and enforce major transformation and skill acquisition programs
