- Refactored and merged different project to centralized the deployment of the monitoring stack Grafana-Prometheus-Thanos on Openshift of all Orange Money services for 3 clusters. Unified all apps deployment using Ansible and Kustomize to reduce the technical debt. - Configured Prometheus rules to manage alerts on the production environment & created a Grafana board to quickly view all environment states. (10 production environments ~600 pods) - Reduced infrastructure resources consumption by optimizing deployment, pod sizing, and scaling configuration. - Created a Gitlab project to deploy a performance toolbox easily on every environment. (K6-Prometheus-Grafana) - Automated weekly bench tests to analyze the evolution of the performance.

- Designed and deployed a multi-environment Kubernetes infrastructure for a video conferencing project. - Used Flexible Engine Cloud, the Orange Business Services Cloud solution. - Used Infrastructure as Code tools Terraform & Ansible - Created data management cluster (Elasticsearch – Kibana – Fluentd – Prometheus – Grafana) to track the environment. - Designed a Gitlab CICD pipeline to automatize 20+ micro-services deployments. - Created a template to secure the configuration and upgrade the global security level of the project by using tools as Sops or Kube-hunter. - Created documentations and exchanged with Romanian operating teams and familiarized them with the chain.

- Took over an integration project concerning the mobile backend of Orange Money. Redesigned a Gitlab CICD pipeline to deploy the backend application in a private Openshift Cloud. - Increased the reliability of the CICD chain. Reused Robot Framework pipeline to perform main tests during the deployment to ensure the status of the application. Tested and tuned the pods to set the best configuration. - Performed a cloud migration. - Applied Gitflow concepts, also used the Giltab issue board to save the history of the deployment of every environment. - Upgraded to a blue/green deployment method. Performed +80 production upgrades for S2 2020. - Started a transverse project to maintain and share a toolbox of several docker containers. Used Python scripts to self-sustaining the project.

- Designed an entire automatized load testing campaign with Neoload for a backend as a service application (named Webcom) based on WebSocket. - Automatized daily/weekly bench tests to analyze the evolution of the performance. Created Jenkins jobs to initialize environments (launch shell & python scripts) and probes, to apply tests, and to create analyze reports. - Provided recommendations to optimize service performances. Divided by 3 the 50th percentile response time and remove a max requests limitation of 20K sockets.
