EMEA Commercial Real Estate Finance I performed analysis including property stratifications, tenancy schedule and lease rollover on live deal portfolios, and created a full loan proposition and conducted property underwriting for portfolio of hotels in the UK

SME-oriented Asset Management firm I took part in the creation of the company from ground up, modeled business plan, registered company, requested approval from French financial authority, drafted commercial documents and contacted seed investors I developed financial tools to be used with target companies including cash forecasts, financial models and dashboards

EMEA TMT Mergers and Acquisitions I assisted in the advisory of Orange regarding Belgian market – €1.3bn Telenet/BASE transaction announced in April 2015 and contributed to the advisory of a major MEA telecom operator regarding expansion of its activity in Western Africa I built comprehensive market models, operated and made merger models more flexible and performed valuation with tools including trading and transaction multiples, LBO and DCF models

EMEA Emerging Markets Private Banking I developed client presentations, data analysis and investment ideas in conjunction with senior investment advisors and gained practical understanding of all asset classes and their role in portfolio construction
