Nicecactus was growing fast, we needed a more experienced CTO to help us achieve our goals. We recruited David Puleri. As an ex eBay lead, and an amazing experience as a CTO in a traditional sport start-up, he was the best possible choice. I fulfilled the role of Tech Lead, enforcing best practices for our team and mentoring newcomers. I left when the company was 60 with multi-cultural teams all around Europe.
