Successfully developed robust ETL pipelines that enhanced data quality and accessibility while reducing integration time. Greenly is Carbon Account Platform. We accompagnied our customers to measure, manage then reduce their CO2 emissions. Joined as 3rd PM to restructure the Data squad: - Implemented Carbon accounting rules to meet GHG reporting structure, to reduce the Climate Experts time-to-produce a GHG report. - Re-shaped Product and Engineering delivery processes to meet our bi-weekly goals. - Improved internal communication between stakeholders on data management topics. I was part of a lay-off with most of the Product and Design team.

Plato is Engineering and Product Management Mentorship platform. We helped our customers' employees find the right mentorship so they can achieve their career goals. I was part of a 3 PMs team that was delivering a product with a maintained NPS Score of 50+ and helped the company MRR grew from $3M to $4M.

Yespark is an European leader in connect parking spot rental. Joined as second marketing FTE (after the CMO) In charge of the customer acquisition, and overall customer funnel: - Managing growth strategy and operations with a 600K € budget and increasing +60% in subscriptions YoY with a steady CAC and LTV. - Working with the Tech team to optimize the website conversion. - Defining User Satisfaction measurement system to fuel company roadmap.
