– Covering the treasury operations for the regional scope of Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria and Germany: – Execute daily cash management activities, such as bank account transfers, payments, cash pooling, and intercompany loans. – Monitor the cash positions and balances of the group entities, ensuring sufficient liquidity and compliance with treasury policies. – Reconcile bank statements and transactions, and resolve any discrepancies or issues. – Process and confirm treasury transactions, such as bank guarantees. – Maintain and update the treasury management system (Coupa Treasury) and other relevant systems and tools.

– Ensuring data quality to support operational activities (setting up settlement instructions to ensure payments can be executed, setting up financial instruments in the system, etc.) I joined the HR Transformation team where I mainly contributed to the: – implementation of employee and manager self-service technology – coordination of change management activities: planning, organization and participation in user acceptance testing, liaise w/ project team & external vendors and developers – perform thesis research, interviews and collecting feedback regarding transformational projects via internal surveys – change management support: create, edit and translate training materials & assist with project communication towards internal stakeholders

– Fidelis is an independent insurance broker & AXA bank agency My main contributions during the internship were to: – analyse & advise on customer investment portfolios – follow customer conversations and translate info into offers or credit requests – write newsletters via Mailchimp & evaluate performance – handle refinancing requests in context of declining interest rates & calculate the total profits for customers
