Working within the ICT Division of Brussels Environment, accountable for assisting business units in the definition and the follow-up of their requirements towards sustainable IT solutions. > Key responsibilities • Supervision of two services composed of 15 persons, the Digital transformation service being in charge of assisting business entities in the fields of Enterprise Architecture, Sustainable IT, Digital inclusion and Data management, whilst the Digital products management service is in charge of ICT demand management and IT governance compliance • Ensure coordination with the IT Solutions and the IT Operations Departments, as well as with the Enterprise Architecture Office, the Project Management Office and the Financial Division • Take on the role of Demand manager • Reporting to the Head of the ICT Division and the CEO. > Key activities • Set-up and staffing of the Department • Defining the Department's Vision, Goals and objectives • Revamping the ICT Demand management process • Involvement as project sponsor on the Brussells Environment Low Carbon Strategy for its ICT assets • Involvement as project management expert, business analyst and business change manager on IT initiatives

> Data scientist / Data analyst • Conduct data analysis and implement predictive models using R and/or Python languages to provide insights to business users and support their decision making process. • Develop Power BI reports / dashboards to facilitate data exploration and models' interpretation. > Data architect / Data engineer • Design, implement and operate an in-house Docker-based & a cloud-based data warehouse solutions. Technology stack involves PostgreSQL & Snowflake for storage, DBT for data transformation, Apache Airflow for jobs orchestration, FastAPI and Azure Data Factory for data transfers, and GitLab for version control and code deployment. • Design and implement data pipelines providing automated KPIs metrics in order to streamline Brussels Environment's activities monitoring. > Data governance • Definition of a data governance strategy to harmonize data management practices and rationalize data flows within Brussels Environment. • Assist business users in the adoption of the data governance through change management. • Provide coaching and training to key business stakeholders (such as data owners, data stewards, and power users).

Freelance BI Project Manager @ European commission, DG EuropeAid • Operations management of European Aid development activity reports & KPI dashboard (ETL based on Kimball architecture, technologies include SAP BODS, Business Object reports & Qlikview/Qliksense dashboarding tools) • Implementation of R machine learning tools and stochastic models for data analysis & forecasting • Service management of the EuropeAid reporting tools (definition of the service management strategy, stakeholders management & marketing strategy implementation, cleansing and rationalisation of the existing offer) • Change management of the business & operations processes for a 20 persons DWH team towards a new governance model based on Atlassian Confluence & JIRA technologies • Methodologies used include PMBOK, COBIT, ITIL

Freelance Program Manager @ European commission, DIGIT > Ensure implementation of the e-Invoicing Directive 2014/55/EU • Represent European Commission’s interests during official meetings, debates and working groups with Member States representatives across Europe • Contribute to a stakeholders network elaboration (including both public & private sectors) • Lead on projects providing guidance to Member states in complying with the e-Invoicing Directive, and assisting them during implementation when needed > Projects procurement & outsourcing management > Methodologies used include PMBOK, COBIT, ITIL
