Lydia Solutions is a leading fintech in France. It offers a comprehensive range of banking services through its flagship product, a mobile application. Lydia is one of the top references in French banking services, with over 7 million users on its mobile app. Within the User Account Management vertical, a team of 14 people, I contributed to improving the Android application dedicated to account management. My responsibilities included the development and optimization of key features such as login/registration, identity verification, and subscription management, among others. Contributions: - Android development using Kotlin and Java. - Evolving the architecture with feature modules based on Clean Architecture. - Creating a new identity verification process with facial recognition. - Adding SIM-based authentication to the app’s signup/login process. - Participating in the creation of the company’s dual Lydia/Sumeria app system. - Maintaining and continuously improving multiple features of the Lydia and Sumeria applications. My Jungly is a consulting firm specializing in digital creation for web, mobile, and audio platforms. For each project, a tailored team is assembled to meet the specific requirements of the project. With over 13 years of experience, My Jungly has gained the trust of a wide range of clients from various industries, including Engie, Crédit Mutuel, and Safran. As part of a collaboration with My Jungly, I worked for their client Delubac & Cie, a bank offering specialized services. I was tasked with resuming the development of the Delupay mobile application and creating the Delupay Pro application. Both applications aim to simplify transactions between individuals and merchants. Throughout this mission, I contributed my expertise in best technical practices and user experience for application development. Pleko is a project I initiated with colleagues at the end of our studies. We developed a mobile application connecting individuals with students for cleaning services. In this project, I had a versatile role, focusing mainly on developing IT solutions while actively contributing to the company’s strategy, marketing, and human resources management. My main contributions included: - Designing and developing two mobile applications using Flutter. - Setting up a server with NodeJS and TypeScript. - Training two interns in mobile and web development. - Managing client relations, with over a hundred contacts and around ten regular clients. - Recruiting about ten students to provide cleaning services. - Creating comprehensive documentation, including the company strategy and several key operational processes. - Participating in several professional events to build a strong network around our project.
