Job Description: • Clarify client doubts regarding application functionalities or mapping of files obtained from the application; • Support in resolving technical issues related to the application; • Prepare functional documentation associated with the project or request; • Develop test cases related to the request/project; • Perform functional testing of developed functionalities; • Evaluate situations identified in the production environment that have functional impact; • Assist the technical team in troubleshooting issues identified in production.

Description of functions: • Review and complement the requirements delivered by the Client; • Participation in meetings with the Customer and Supplier to clarify the requirements presented; • Preparation of functional documentation associated with the project or order; • Validation of the functional documentation delivered by the Supplier responsible for the development; • Clarification of the functional doubts of the Customer responsible for the order; • Validation of test cases related to the order/project; • Monitoring the Client's Certification tests: support in providing test data, controlling the status of the tests and guaranteeing closure/acceptance; • Participation in functional tests; • Evaluation of the situations identified in a productive environment, with functional impact; • Support the technical team in screening for situations identified in production;

• Responsible for the replacement of goods. • Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and clean. • Ensure that prices and promotions are posted in the correct place and visible, minimizing the number of complaints made by customers. • Assist in the unloading of products in the warehouse, ensuring it is done without any problems. • Ensure that the goods warehouse is organized and has enough space for easy circulation. • Assist customers in the store, offering assistance in locating products, answering questions about promotions, among other tasks.
