Médoucine is a booking site for alternative medicine and a professional calendar for practitioners. Being the only Product people in the team I do discovery, delivery and more strategic tasks with the help of 3 engineers, a freelance designer and the rest of the team. -- What do I do ? eXplain is a technology company that develops tools to understand and convince opinion at a local level. We’ve worked for various clients, from political parties to wind farm project managers. What I did - I’ve been PM for a squad of 5, including 2 developers and 3 data scientists - Defined the squad’s OKRs and roadmap based on company level OKRs - Worked with the UX designer on user research, user paths and functionalities - Wrote EPICs and US with the squad members - Animated Agile rituals, did the follow-up of delivery and the tests

Digiposte is an app used by hundreds of thousands of employees who want to receive their pay slips on their phone (and not on paper). Beyond pay slips, Digiposte aims to facilitate administrative procedures.
