- Reesigned architecture and UI of a management software for textile production lines, reducing from six to one or two steps the access to the software tools by introducing alternative paths and customisation. - Involved in hackatons and workshops to generate business opportunities and pilot projects.

- Designed and developed three proof of concept products for community building, adapting them through subsequent pivots to support validation and discussions with investors.
 - Designed from scratch a no-code site builder for car dealerships, including the back-office experience for theme customization and content management, as well as the modular template system that defines the frontend.
 - Collaborated on defining products for the digitalisation of bureaucracy related to the automotive sector in Italy.
 - Designed the web interface of an AI SaaS for customer feedback analysis and clusterisation of insights.
 - Refactored and structured a B2B product for sales activity management through gamification and real-time leaderboards, requiring the analysis, abstraction, and synthesis of very complex mechanics. Contributed to product strategy and supported the closure of contracts with several key clients.
 - Collaborated on various small projects and supported the internal team on design, usability, and product-related issues.

- Collaborated with various agencies, seamlessly integrating with internal teams, supporting and sometimes even managing entire projects for their clients.
 - Supported startups in defining their products for launches and fundraising.
 - Redesigned a management software aimed at insurance brokers, reorganising workflows for the management and production of insurance policies, client management, and sales network.

Designed the entire experience and UI for the MVP of CORRD, presented at CES in Las Vegas 2025. CORRD is the first AI-powered music app that blends all your streaming services into one personalized, infinite music flow.. It unifies Spotify, QOBUZ, TIDAL, and other services, allowing listeners to break free from repetitive playlists and explore new music tailored to their mood, taste, and lifestyle. Whether it's to remove the effort of searching for a passive listener or to amplify the experience of a curious music explorer, CORRD enhances discovery, one track at a time.

- Led a team of 4 designers in the redesign of the Yubii app, the home automation app of the Nice group for the Yubii system. Completely redesigned the UI, built and documented a proprietary design system. Reimagined the first installation experience, device pairing, and automation programming. Setup times during user tests were reduced from two hours to twenty minutes.
 - Designed the automation control apps for Able, another minor brand of the Nice group. Reused the design principles from the Yubii design system to maintain consistency across the group's products, but applied with a very essential experience for a more technical and less premium brand.
 - Facilitated numerous co-design workshops with various clients and their users, both for discovery and framing user needs, as well as for formulating and developing solutions, and for generating business opportunities to explore and validate later. - Designed several HMI interfaces for the control of machines, lines or entire productive systems.

Weekly newsletter in which for a year I addressed and shared retrospective lessons and reflections on the challenges of a new role involving themes of leadership, collaboration, processes, client management, and impostor syndrome. A small diary of transformation from Junior to Senior Designer through responsibilities, conflicts, and daily challenges that helped me grow as a professional and as a person, while also weaving a tighter network of old and new relationships around me.

Descrizione Followed the founders of a start-up from day 0 until after launch in the creation of a marketplace for consumer experiences in the food & beverage market. I led the design strategy from branding, content like social media and video, up to the design of the platform itself, executing the process end to end from prototyping in Figma to writing frontend code for layout and styling in tandem with the lead developer.
