– Collaborating with Le Laptop to co-facilitate workshops for product and design teams at multinational companies. The sessions explore how to integrate artificial intelligence into design practice and product development, combining hands-on prototyping, systems thinking, and strategic foresight. Each program helps teams understand how AI can extend creativity, improve workflows, and strengthen collaboration between designers, PMs, and engineers.

– As Design Director, I led a dynamic team spanning product, marketing, and content design, as well as user research. I drove vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring we deliver a superior, unified digital experience for equity shareholders. AI was embedded in everything we did, helping us personalize customer experiences, enhance compliance, mitigate risks, support our legal team, improve operations, grow our reach, and automate processes—all while solving complex problems and creating differentiated value for our clients. – As the Founding Designer and Co-founder of Fidelity Stock Transfers™, I played a key role in shaping an entirely new, multi-touchpoint service that helps large, global companies and their shareholders—including employees, individuals, and institutions—manage their securities with ease.

– Led design for Toast's data-heavy and complex restaurant operations. – Designed a brand new, third-party app marketplace, next-generation digital ordering capabilities, and a reimagined, self-service menu configuration experience.

– At PatientPing, I was the first designer at an a16z and GV-backed care coordination startup. I built interfaces to connect hospitals and provider networks for the first time to manage patient transitions. I designed these solutions with HIPAA-compliant privacy and regulatory workflows in mind.

– Design leader for the GV-backed home design startup (acquired by Lennar) during a period of 10X+ growth. Hired and led five creatives to work across brand, 3D, style, product, marketing, and internal tool initiatives. Together, we designed, built, and launched a new marketing site, customer onboarding and style editing flows, and co-branded 3D design services with Crate and Barrel and West Elm.

– I worked with Google Brand Studio (an in-house agency) to run design sprints for major consumer products including Google Photos and Google Play. – I had the pleasure of co-designing about.google, the first complete overhaul of Google's marketing site in their history. We set out to answer what we knew people were searching for: Who is this company? What do we believe in? What are our products? What's it like to work there? We launched the new site across Google's top ten international markets.

– I led the design strategy for a new employer-benefits and wellness ecosystem for a major healthcare organization. My work spanned research, visioning, service design, and early product definition. – I partnered with executives, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to map the current experience, identify opportunity areas, and shape a future-state model that aligned business goals with human needs. This included ecosystem mapping, experience principles, concept development, and defining how new services and products should work together across channels. – The work created a clear strategic foundation for the client's next-generation benefits platform and informed their roadmap and organizational direction.

– As the primary designer on Eventbrite's consumer team, I researched, designed, and delivered a series of bold new mobile, consumer ticketing prototypes to test out key business hypotheses.

– Designed educational and behavior-change experiences for Healthline's Type 2 diabetes program, translating clinical and editorial guidance into clear, accessible flows and high-fidelity concepts that helped people understand their diagnosis and how daily habits shape long-term outcomes. Collaborated with product, research, and medical teams to create evidence-based content that supported patient confidence and ongoing self-management.

– Founded and led the design team for Karbon, a collaborative practice-management platform that enables accounting and tax firms to manage complex workflows and work more transparently with their clients. Oversaw product design, research, and UX strategy focused on team efficiency and better client collaboration.

– Invited by the Korean government to advise early-stage tech and media startups. I met with founders to review product concepts and business plans and provided guidance on strategy and international expansion.

– Worked with three globally distributed agile teams to design, develop and transform six acquisitions into a single coherent suite of products, Autodesk BIM 360, resulting in the fastest growing cloud product in company history with 10x subscription growth YOY. – My individual research and design contributions led to the creation of BIM 360 docs. The construction industry has always favored 2D. As a 3D-focused company, we had the unique opportunity to help make more intelligent 2D documents. Some of the world's most ambitious and highest quality construction projects use BIM 360, including Shanghai Disney and the Apple's headquarters, Apple Park.

– As the second designer at Change.org, I introduced human-centered design methods to the team and co-designed the core petition experience for the world's largest platform for social change.

– Redesigned the digital commerce experience for a major fashion retailer, introducing shoppable editorial, wardrobing, and touch-friendly shopping flows to modernize the brand in a social media-driven market.

– Supported content, design, research, marketing, and strategy initiatives at Hot Studio, contributing to ethnographic research, voice and tone development, and early concept exploration across multiple projects. Learned and applied the studio's human-centered design process while working alongside a talented, collaborative team that was later acquired by Meta.

– Taught English to professionals, executives, and students across industries and levels. – Served as the personal English teacher to Olivier Metzner, described by Le Monde as "the most powerful lawyer in France." – Additional clients included Orange, VW France, Voyages SNCF, BNP Paribas, Total, Parisian taxi drivers, fashion designers, creperie owners, and students of all ages.
