Two successive missions: network infrastructure projects (ADSL/FTTH collection network evolution, SDN transformation) and SI urbanization project (Tibco orchestrator, 100+ servers deployed on time and on quality).

Co-management of a family business (Algeria)

Took over a critical IPTV platform migration project that was in difficulty. Successfully stabilized and secured it: migration strategy, risk mitigation plan, coordination of all stakeholders.

Delivery of OTA (SIM update) and NFC (mobile payment) software solutions for mobile operators across Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Serbia etc.). Management of 2 project managers and a validation team. Complex projects delivered in a demanding environment.

Management of the Sports section of Orange mobile and web portals. Key project: integration of Ligue 1 video content (rights acquired for several tens of M€), delivered on a critical timeline.
