Founded and lead ASTORNI, a GPS and IoT integration company delivering fleet management (GPS tracking), smart utility monitoring, smart building and smart city solutions across France, Brunei and Senegal, in strategic partnership with Anian Sdn Bhd (Brunei). ▸ Lead solution design, RFP response and business development for IoT and OT-adjacent monitoring engagements: requirements analysis, architecture definition, vendor coordination and stakeholder presentations — operating at solution PM level, coordinating specialist implementers. ▸ Managed water distribution monitoring projects: defined LoRaWAN/LPWAN sensor architecture (pressure, flow, level sensors), selected gateway hardware, planned field deployment across pump stations, pipes and reservoirs, and configured cloud dashboards for real-time KPI visualisation and anomaly alerting. ▸ Delivered freelance Azure Cloud PM contract for Hexaware / Pinnacle Pet Group (Aug 2025 – Feb 2026): managed M365, MDM, applications, servers and Azure Cloud portfolio; led on-premises to Azure migration across a multi-site European organisation. ▸ Managed E2E hardware deployment for GPS/IoT projects: field survey, device installation, network commissioning, platform configuration and client handover across remote multi-site environments. ▸ Defined BCP/DR plans, capacity KPIs and MOPs for live IoT environments; managed firmware and OS upgrades across gateways and edge devices.

▸ Managed customer project lifecycle end-to-end — cloud provisioning, CDN/SSL, database services (MySQL, Redis), testing and go-live — for SaaS and e-commerce clients across Europe. ▸ Supported bid management, growth opportunity identification and technical pre-sales for cloud infrastructure services. ▸ Served as primary technical liaison between client teams and Platform.sh engineering, translating complex infrastructure requirements into actionable deployment plans.

▸ Delivered cybersecurity platform integration projects for telecom operators across EMEA; managed requirements workshops, multi-vendor testing and stakeholder coordination. ▸ Acted as technical bridge between R&D and client operations teams, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

– Led and coached several projects for Sonatel group, conducted the implementation of successful projects, i.e the technical RFP for the managed services: RAN & GNOC (Radio Access Network & Global Network Operation Center for CORE Network), participate in the IMS implementation, Prepaid System swap, HLR swap & FTTH projects launch and implementation.

– Led and coached several projects for France telecom group, within Orange affiliates EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), conducted the implementation of successful projects: new billing system for mobile services, including the rating and charging engine for Voice, Data, and text messages (SMS), including the management of data transition between the legacy system and the new deployed solution.

– Led engineering projects for different customers, to meet the timeline and budget within the client requirements for Value Added Services (VAS) and Intelligent Network (IN).

– Assigned a role of UTRAN engineer within the integration and acceptance department. – Install and Integrate the UTRAN NEs (RNCs and NodeBs): Pilot site deployment and testing. – Prepare of the UTRAN test plan, and perform the UTRAN tests with the customer. – Handle the Software Upgrade testing (non-regression tests) and deploy the validated release in the production Network (RNC & NodeB).

– Assigned the role of support engineer for Radio commander & Switch Commander: – Prepare of the OMC tests plan, and conduct the OMC acceptance tests with the customer. – Perform the software Upgrade on the OMC and NodeB. – Handle the administration of the OMC server (Radio Commander). – Train and support others operators on how to monitor the UTRAN and Core Network, by using Radio Commander and Switch Commander.

– Assigned the role of team manager for the integration of pan-european fiber optic network deployed over 9 countries, my duties: – Perform the configuration and commissioning of the MR (management Rack): BMS (Building Management System) and FMS (Fiber Monitoring System); – Configure the Routers and switches (OmniSwitch & OmniAccess 512), and integrate them to the NOC: implementing RIP & OSPF protocol - Routing protocols -; – Supervise, train and support the other engineers; – Solve the recalcitrant issues and troubles which bound during the deployment and integration process.
