Industrial group specialized in the manufacturing of implantable medical devices (orthopedics, spine, trauma), operating across several production sites in France and internationally, in compliance with strict quality standards. The group's information system relies on a central ERP surrounded by multiple business applications (control-plan management, accounting, MES, MODULA storage automation), between which data exchanges were largely manual, time-consuming, and error-prone. The goal is to design and industrialize all data integration pipelines (ETL/ELT) connecting the ERP to these business applications, in order to automate and improve the reliability of cross-system flows: production, quality, logistics, and accounting across all of the group's sites. Implementation of a shared data platform serving as a reusable foundation for each new flow, from development through to production support. Activities: o Implementation of a shared integration platform: Apache Airflow orchestration, layered dbt transformation (staging → intermediate → marts), PostgreSQL storage, and ingestion via Airbyte / Python pipelines, all containerized (Docker Compose) and version-controlled under Git / Azure DevOps. o Standardization of practices common to all flows: SFTP ingestion, file parsing, business validation rules, traceable rejection systems, and idempotency. o Implementation of the pipelines feeding the ELLISTAT platform: incremental import of items and routed operations (SAGE X3, 3 sites) and import of DISCUSS quality control characteristics. o Incremental change-detection engine creating new versions only when an actual modification occurs. o Idempotency and tracking mechanism with automatic replay. o Implementation of the daily pipelines synchronizing component consumptions and returns: mapping and reconciliation of reference data (items, manufacturing orders, operation codes), business validation, and files in SAGE X3 format. o Implementation of the ETL pipelines transforming accounting entries into the SAGE X3 import format, with multi-currency handling and dual analytical valuation. o Full orchestration (SFTP detection, debit = credit balance validation, archiving, notifications): processing time reduced from 2-3 hours to under 1 minute, error rate from ~5% to < 0.1%, closing from D+5 to D+1. o Complete data architecture synchronizing stock, receipts, picks, and inventories. o Participation in all agile ceremonies. Man has always sought to find solutions to facilitate his lifestyle and satisfy his needs. Taking technology as an example, its importance continues to increase rapidly, one can even say that it is indispensable in our daily life. As a result, wearable or embedded systems have emerged in several disciplines, notably in the biomedical field. In sports, the development of wearable devices plays a crucial role in improving an athlete's performance, especially during the preparation period, which can be evaluated by measuring biomechanical quantities and physiological quantities such as the electromyographic signal. In relation to this, it has been proposed to develop a portable system for EMG signal acquisition around a PSoC microcontroller.

Instrumentation laboratory In this project we have synthesized all the knowledge that constitute our subject, first it is a general study on the pressure sensors in piezoresistive silicon, in particular its electrical response as a function of pressure which must be a zero voltage line. In practice, this condition is no longer satisfied, there is a non-zero voltage for zero pressure. Despite their many advantages, good accuracy, low non-linearity, simple electronics combined, piezoresistive pressure sensors are extremely sensitive to temperature and require a specific compensation circuit.

Participation in feasibility studies and conceptual development at the electrical maintenance department (electrical and instrumentation service) ; it consists in becoming familiar with systems of control and exploitation of the crude oil.
