Responsibilities: * Understand and challenge business needs through workshops * Translate ideas into structured plans and create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with detailed use cases and functional specs * Bridge communication gaps, ensuring clarity between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. * Assess and refine technical solutions, working closely with developers to validate feasibility and ensuring solutions meet business expectations * Lead testing and implementation, define test plans, oversee execution, and proactively manage any issues before go-live. * Keep projects on track—From defining milestones and risk assessments to handling unexpected roadblocks

Within the Change team, participate in the data migration project for the scope of reporting (client, financial and regulatory), tax management and Compliance regulations . Responsibilities: * Review and analyze the business processes to understand the project requirements and uncovered areas by conducting workshops with business stakeholders. * Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements by creating process model and diagrams for developers/project team. * Develop detailed test plans and test cases, analyze results and report defects to development team.

Working with the services team and collaborate with the Product and Development teams . Responsibilities: * Providing daily support and maintenance to customers within the setup of funds and securities, the valuation of funds, compliance calculation, performance fees, regulatory reporting and closings process. * Collaborate with clients to analyze their new business requirements, design solution, estimate the workload and guide them to follow our best practices. * Configure and customize GP3/PG4 using SQL, Shell, and ADLedit to adjust the solution to the customer's needs. * Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client requirements, interfacing with the appropriate NeoXam departments
