Fair HQ is the first Saas B2B solution which helps companies take better strategies for improving their DEI score. The product has 3 principal applications: the core API, the dashboard and the survey, which I have built from scratch while setting the infrastructure following security best practices. The purpose of my mission is to create and build the tech vision of the company. To achieve it, I have: - Built the MVP from scratch. From setting up the infrastructure to the production - Made architectural decisions to scale over time - Built dashboard using React, ThemeUI, and Redux toolkit deployed on Netlify - Built custom backend using NestJS mono repo structures deployed using infrastructure as a code via Render - Managed all the security requirements. Putting in place processes to prepare for ISO 27001 and SOC-2 - Hired and defined a progression framework for the engineering team. Weekly meetings and performance reviews every six months - Built a data warehouse over BigQuery for our analytics data and set up schedulers to populate - Monitored the performance of the applications
