› Led development of an AI platform for analysis of regulatory compliance and technical specifications in nuclear power projects; contract with a nuclear power industry leader. › Since March 2026, advise leadership on technology and strategy (non-operational).

› Joined at seed stage and led development of an ML-driven drug optimization platform. › Built and led a team of 6 (data scientists, ML engineers, researchers). Led scientific collaborations with world-class teams in causal ML, PK/PD modeling, neurology and psychiatry. › Designed a novel ML-based pharmacokinetic optimization method to tailor drugs to individual Parkinson's disease patients; secured 250k€ in public funding to evaluate it in patients. From idea to clinical study in under a year (patent pending).

› Lead investigator on an European Medicines Agency-funded project on Bayesian methods for extrapolating treatment effects in clinical trials, in collaboration with EMA senior experts. › Lead data scientist in a 2-year Franco-German outbreak-detection consortium (Sanofi, Accenture, Fraunhofer, and others); built and deployed epidemiological modeling pipelines (2 direct reports). › Led a research project on Individualized Treatment Effect Inference from observational data (1 direct report).

› Collège des Ingénieurs MBA corporate mission in Air Liquide's Global Data Operations department. › Built financial-controlling and macroeconomic dashboards for controllers and the executive committee; deployed the department's knowledge management system.

› Closed-loop optimization of retinal-prosthesis stimulation with Bayesian ML; developed a personalized stimulation strategy, validated in healthy volunteers via psychophysics (published in the J. of Neural Eng. and NeurIPS). › Developed new Bayesian optimization and learning algorithms.
