Working in the MDM team and focusing on the Referential Data at the Group level: - Ensure the implementation of the data quality framework: define critical data, quality controls, quality objectives, alert thresholds, and escalation processes by collaborating with Data Science and the support team in India using DataIKU (under the support of my manager) - Collaborate to identify anomalies and lead the remediation management processes: assess impacts on data usage, conduct root cause analysis of data issues, and define remediation plans in collaboration with business units. - Design and deploy dashboards to monitor data quality using Power BI - Act as the guardian of deploying and enforcing the Group’s data quality standards and policies.

- Analyzed financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management reports to support strategic decisions. - Ensured accuracy of financial data in the data warehouse, especially for key management reports. - Collaborated with stakeholders to prepare short-term P&L forecasts (3 to 6 months) and supported the annual budget and 3-year strategic plan. - Calculated and monitored financial ratios (DSO, DIO, DPO, OWC) and managed CAPEX tracking, ensuring timely updates on project status and total spend.

- Supported the founding team of a social enterprise startup by designing financial reporting templates and accounting processes to monitor key metrics across multiple projects. - Managed monthly P&L tracking and cash flow statements, providing clear, data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions. - Prepared and presented structured monthly financial reports to the CEO and investors, highlighting outcomes, risks, and financial forecasts. - Conducted financial risk analysis to identify red flags and support early-stage strategic planning and operational adjustments. - Helped establish foundational financial controls and supported budgeting for fundraising rounds and impact-driven initiatives. - Played a cross-functional role in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing accounting, analytics, and advisory tasks with mission-driven business goals.
