Extreme Ways Ltd is a start-up FinTech company for the purpose of providing financial services within the cloud, integrated within public or hybrid cloud software factories, primarly serving as architectural or project management lead roles within corporations listed on various stock exchanges. As the founder and CEO, I have over 20 years of experience the technology, media and telecommunications for having worked for the likes Orange, Digicel, Vinci Group, Canal+ and most recently Natixis on information security related issues within financial institutions specialising in security incident resolution and project leadership bridging the gap between the technical risks and the financial risk associated with any given issue related to financial technology. Alongside Visa, Mastercard, SWIFT and SEPA, we pioneered the technology built to process billions of transactions per second and applied improvements to the architectural designs as well as defend budgets of millions of dollars and man hours per project. Our approach is simple by design, we confront engineering, procurement and construction of any information security related project, be it for defense/military or private sector applications.

The Origination team specializes in the structuring of projects for infrastructure, real estate, power, telecommunications and financial technology. My missions consisted of preparing presentations, managing investor databases, and investor relations, participated in active discussions with EPCs, equity investors and lenders during the structuring stage of a project. Assisted also in the financial modeling, due diligence, credit analysis and operating risk analysis of projects. We work with the likes Parrot, SFR, and Natixis to provide consulting in architecture, project management and systems integration of various vendors such as Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet, CyberArk, Algosec, Tufin, F5 Networks and many more.

Project manager for various information security related projects. Ranging from "zero downtime" core network upgrades including the SWIFT/SEPA interconnections, to the Military Programming Law Rule 16 and 17 for the protection of the critical information systems as defined by the interior security authorities of France. Also participated in the lead technical role at their security operations center, working with service delivery managers and production engineers in dealing with security incidents through methodology and leadership with both their client (the bank) and the resolution of security incidents.

Digicel is the fastest growing telecommunications company in the Caribbean with over 10M customers in the Caribbean. My work here consisted of defining and implementing a Cloud Governance Model alongside designing complexe Enterprise IT and Cloud infrastructure solutions for the Digicel Business division at Digicel FWI, assisting the FWI market to respond to public and enterprise private sector initiatives to migrate to a Cloud IT model.

Founded a small consulting company developing systems and telecommunications solutions and offering engineering services around cryptographic acceleration, cloud computing, networking, information systems security, high availability, capacity planning, data storage, IPTV, 4G LTE and data retention. I offered my services to companies in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and the British Virgin Islands and had an emphasis on trading desk IT and infrastructure with experience in Trading Stations, FIX API Development Outsourcing, and Low-Latency Networking.

Telecommunications project consultant for a French Saint Martin based public sector specific IT services company. Managed and supervised terrestrial fiber deployments and network interconnections between government sites. Performed network security design, engineering and policy implementation for voice, storage and data networks. Designed a network operations center for centralised fault and network element management. Maintained relations with ARIN for IPv4 and IPv6 allocations for the company. Drafted technical documentation for french regulators in the operator's license application.

Managed +200 servers across 6 different countries. Tackled various Telecom and IS problems using open source solutions. Operated and provided technical support related to carrier-grade voice communications services, television broadcasting, submarine fiber optic networking, data storage architecture and disaster planning. As an engineer for telecom carrier in the French West Indies I worked on network and system engineering projects for telecom services in the U.S, France and the Caribbean islands. My polyvalence extended to IPTV broadcast, telecom engineering, value-added product development and designing various systems and network architectures in heterogeneous environment. Also worked closely with carrier-grade VoIP switching equipements and developed a statistics analyzer for performance and fault monitoring for voice communications services.

Project manager and technical writer for a Mumbai (India) based outsourcing company with teams in the U.S, India & Eastern Europe, managing projects and working odd hours with time differences. Managed the outsourcing of various BPO/IT outsourcing projects for clients in the travel, accounting, financial services and software development.

Started off here as a web and print graphic designer, ended my career as a software developer for a security electronics manufacturer. Developed a remote viewer controller with facial recognition, and movement detectors for security related applications. Software IP was sold to a german security electronics manufacturing company for 2M€.
