Working in the Marmaray Tunnel project, responsible for executing the project in accordance with approved design, procedures, material and contract conditions, Collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure project objectives (scope, schedule, deliverables) are met in accordance with established metrics, Establishing site design drawings and engineering reports, providing technical expertise, ensuring contractor's site equipment and procedures comply with contract safety specifications, Performing field investigations and construction inspections and generating reports about any non-compliance issues.

Responsible for maintenance and repair activities for all equipment and machinery essential for transformer production, controlling all machinery and its parts periodically to prevent any major damage, Planning all activities regarding periodical daily/weekly/monthly and yearly maintenance, initiating improvements in compliance with 5S methodologies by actively collaborating with the production unit, Monitoring problems and identifying potential problems, coming up with proactive precautions to prevent disruptions issues altogether, Auditing manufacturing conditions and environmental circumstances ensuring related security, health and safety compliance, Improving and increasing the efficiency of the overall production process with on-point initiatives, and staying current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes. Deciding all necessary materials, managing all purchasing activities of the unit, and coordinating relationships with the suppliers.

Executing and overseeing various technical aspects for respective projects by providing necessary organizational supervisory from beginning to completion, Managing process validation activities and effectively utilizing equipment and materials to maximize production; performing engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages and implementing cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Providing engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production, actively establishing safety procedures and regulations for employees, Working in close coordination with the purchasing unit to supply necessary materials and developing operational strategies to achieve production objectives, ***Completed mandatory military service.

Responsible for HVAC projects, assisting Project Manager in analyzing costs of labor and components, and managing vendor relationships, Working closely with Design Specialists to develop final drawings and making calculations to determine performance parameters of the products.
